For damaged banknotes not always full value

There are rules for the payment that the citizen will receive when presenting a damaged banknote. In the end, the bank may refuse to exchange the pension, their pattern or relief is unreadable (for example, the banknote is washed several times), which is precisely stated in the said decree.
