Even the number of people who signed a mortgage contract in July gave a drop in the annual rates, which in the meantime changed by more than a thousand and the volume of loans provided even fell below 6.5 billion crowns. In comparison, the production rate of hypotench banks is constantly improving.
esk hypoten banks in the past msci provided a total of 3,797 mortgages in the amount of 6.439 billion crowns. The average amount of mortgage loans provided in July was 1,695,813 crowns. Compared to the June results, these weaknesses can mean quite noticeably cooling the image of new mortgages.
Thus, the mortgage market will meet with a certain acquaintance, and in the summer, people will simply not rush to bank branches. And this year it will probably not be different. From a long-term perspective, the situation does not look “ern” at all. Compared to the same period last year, banks improved in the sweat provided by 4.3 percent and in volume by as much as seven percent.
Leton July brought one interesting news in the area of client preferences. Historically, for the first time in July, banks provided the largest volume of mortgages, not with a fixation for five years, but with a fixed annual rate for three years. I know what the real preference of the client is, ptilet mortgages stle vtz. 1,699 clients preferred a mortgage with the fixac pill, while only 1,536 clients took out a mortgage with this fixation. The average rate in July provided in July, regardless of fixation, fell by eight basis points to 4.84 percent. The decline was not as sharp as in the previous two months, but even so, clients may have given them a reason to rejoice. As in previous months, mortgages with a fixed one-year rate became cheaper in all variants. In June, we began monitoring the popularity and development of average years of variable mortgage rates. In the meantime, they rose from 3.78 percent to 3.88 percent, ie by exactly one tenth of a percentage point. The difference between the average variable and the fixed rate has changed to less than a percentage point.
As a result of the reduction of the average, the variable mortgages lost their mortgage volumes to 5.9 percent. In July, 191 clients gave priority to a mortgage with a variable one-year rate, and 31 percent of them used this mortgage for other people, not for the construction or purchase of real estate. What does it mean that mortgages with a variable annual rate – more than any other people use to refinance existing loans.
